Q&A with Dr. Paula

A licensed chiropractor since 1999, Dr. Paula Adams is passionate about providing a holistic approach to your chiropractic care. Dr. Adams studied at NDSU and received her undergraduate degree in Biology. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1999. She is also certified in Acupuncture Treatment.

For the first decade of her career, Dr. Adams focused on personal and sports injury in the twin cities area. Moving back to the Fargo area to be closer to family, she has continued to work with personal and sports injury and is one of the few local chiropractors adept at using and applying the ARP (Accelerated and Recovery Performance) trainer. Dr. Adams has helped heal her patients with little disruption to their regular life activities, whether that is work, sports or just life in general.

Dr. Adams has been in the Fargo area since 2013. In that time, she herself has been diagnosed with a chronic illness. In dealing with her own illness, she has developed a passion for helping others with autoimmunity illnesses and chronic diseases. Dr. Adams is passionate about encouraging a holistic approach to her patience overall well-being.

In her free time you will find Dr. Adams at her second job; child chauffeur, keeping up with her kid’s activities. She also loves the outdoors. Any activity, ranging from hiking, biking, boating, camping, etc. She has a little obsession with finding sugar free, healthy deserts and using her family as guinea pigs in such ventures.

With over 18-years of diverse experience, she promotes healing through proper diet and exercise, along with the chiropractic care you need for a healthy musculoskeletal system, free of chronic symptoms.
